It is not a Church, but an institution belonging to Grace International, with coverage of the district of the region. The main purpose is planting established Hispanic Churches and services in Spanish in the American congregations where there are none.
It is our response to the urgency of bringing the gospel of Jesus Christ to the Hispanic community in Oregon. Grace International currently only has three churches in the entire state; Hood River, The Dalles and Roseburg. There are still 33 counties without a presence of Grace Churches in Spanish, cities like Portland, Salem, Eugene, Grants Pass, Medford to name a few. There are thousands of Hispanics who need to know Jesus.
